Payment is for digital service. No physical items to be sent nor received.

Once the illustration has been 50% completed, only a partial refund of the original price will be given if requested.

Your email will be collected and stored on my PayPal while the order is undergoing. Your information will not be passed on to anywhere else.

Prices are in USD and must be paid up front before I will begin the Illustration.

Major changes (such as posing, whole outfits, etc.) after the sketch has been approved will be subject to extra charges. Please confirm all revisions BEFORE approving the sketch. Colors can be changed with no additional charge.

If you post or use the commission anywhere, please credit and link to my social media or website.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.

The client has my permission to re-post the artwork where they would like, as long as proper credit is given, and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand is prohibited, with the exception of cropping the image for an icon or other use.

By paying for this purchase, you agree you are the cardholder of the card that's linked with this PayPal account. If by any chance, we receive a charge back because the purchase was not made by the cardholder, we take no responsibility over it.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character. I can also work with a description of a character, but a fee for this type will be added.

I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse to draw anything, regardless of the circumstance, that is requested by the client.

The client MUST ask the artist beforehand if they are about to send a reference that is heavily NSFW.

You will receive updates throughout the process. Asking for more is fine, but please be advised that updates may be slow due to my disability status.

Updates will be sent through email or social media direct messages, whichever the commission was originally negotiated through.
